When people think of what the word "strong" means some obvious answers quickly come to mind. Everything from being able to lift a certain amount of weight to moving heavy objects (e.g. furniture) and so forth. While these are certainly good examples, they only touch the surface of what being strong is. Being strong is more than just having physical capabilities. It also has to do with a mindset. A strong person has a winning mindset. They have the knowledge to adapt when challenging times arise, it is just temporary and good times will quickly follow. This is the mental aspect of being strong (mental toughness). The "All Around Strong" philosophy blends physical & mental strength. There really is no separation of the two. In order to build oneself to be physically strong, there has to be a mental toughness component. So to sum it up; being strong is cool, however being "All Around Strong" is better.
